It is not an offline program, but a dropped connection does not stop the counter. The bill you are working on can be finished: bills, visits and payments are kept on the laptop and upload by themselves when the internet is back. Some things need the internet, such as changing Setup's clinic details, sending stock to another branch and downloading reports; they say so if you try them offline.
It was built at the front desk of a working pet hospital, with its staff. One search box finds a client by phone number, the till has big buttons, and every screen says what it does.
No. It runs in the browser on the laptop or desktop you already have, and on any phone. It prints on your current receipt printer (80 mm or 58 mm) or an ordinary A4 printer.
From your clinic's own WhatsApp. The message is already written, in your clinic's name. The front desk presses Send. There are no bulk broadcasts, which are what get numbers blocked.
Each clinic's records are walled off by the database itself, so no other clinic can read them. Everything is backed up and locked every night, and you can download all of it to Excel at any time.
